How can we work together? one-to- one sessions One-to-one sessions are essential to discover what are your personal blocks right now, and as I work systemically we can also use this sessions to map your team and gain an insight about what might be affecting the overall performance of your team work, or your place in the team without needing the presence of the people involved.
Team sessions A coaching programme for teams will typically cover:
1. Interviewing and assessment of the issues to work on. 2. A Systemic mapping of your team, where we can look at the group and the biggest challenges you are facing at the moment. This will help us to have a bigger picture of the problem you are bringing and will enable me to analise which might be the underlying issue that is affecting your team and performance. 3. Private coaching sessions to reframe the issue and help each key member of your team to change perspective and motivation.
These whole process will takes place over a period of three to five weeks, to allow you and your team time to work in between with the new techniques and building on the results.
