HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
In my experience, meaningful change is less about speed and more about depth of engagement. It unfolds as we begin to give space to what is asking to be seen, understood and integrated.
We usually start with an initial phase of sessions and review together how the work feels and what may be needed next.
Some people come for a focused piece of work around a specific issue. Others choose to engage in a longer process of exploration and integration.
Therapy is not something imposed. It is a collaborative process, one that evolves according to your pace, your readiness and what your life circumstances allow.
FEES
Sessions lasts 55minutes and costs £70
One-off longer sessions (90 minutes): £120.
Couples Counselling: £130 per session (one hour).
Leadership & Executive Coaching: please enquire.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We all lead busy lives these days, and I know that sometimes we have to make unexpected changes to our plans. Please let me know if anything changes and you need to postpone or cancel your appointment, I do ask that you give me at least 48hs notice. This ensures fairness to other clients who are waiting for an appointment. Missed appointments or appointments that are rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full rate. Please ensure you are on time for your appointment, any lateness will reduce the time available for your session.
