How can we work together?
One-to- one sessions One-to-one sessions are essential to discover what personal limitations could be affecting your performance at work and find new ways of responding to your challenges. We can also use individual sessions to map problems with your team and gain an insight about solutions that can be helpful and resource you in order to put that in action.
Team sessions I also offer a coaching programe for teams that will typically cover:
1. One to one sessions with team leaders. These sessions can uncover the main problems the leaders are facing in the company and also are used to help team leaders develop new resources to improve communication and performance.
2. Private coaching sessions for key members of the team. These sessions give the opportunity to reframe any issue that can be blocking their performance and help each key member to change perspective and find motivation.
3. Team systemic coaching. These are group sessions where we look at the issues that are affecting the group dynamic and need a change of perspective from the group.
These whole process takes place over a period of three to five weeks, to allow you and your team time to work in between with the new techniques and building on the results.
